When I listen to music, it`s like I`m immersed in another world where I`m completely alone, free, happy ... alone with my thoughts. In addition, I am fond of sports: tennis, rollerblading, skating, cycling. The main plus that regular exercise gives me is health and well-being. And yoga classes benefit both my soul and my body at the same time. I don`t have much free time as such. But if there is a desire, then you can always set aside a few hours for your favorite activities. I like to relax in nature or just read an interesting book while lying on the couch.
